Lindsey Phillips
graduated from William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2009. During law school Lindsey worked for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, a nonprofit corporation, and assisted the attorneys in their representation of foster children and bankruptcy.
After law school she enhanced in her legal skills with a Federal Judicial Clerkship in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lindsey is passionate about helping the underdog and went onto work in family law, criminal defense, and bankruptcy. These areas of law provided her with experience in a variety of legal issues including wills, trusts, and estate planning. Lindsey has extensive experience in legal research, drafting documents, and advocating for her clients.
