Bayan is admitted to practice law in Arizona and is excited to further focus her practice personal injury matters. Bayan clerked for the Honorable Stephen L. Petrillo, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, Essex County. During her clerkship, she assisted in various affairs including the settlement of a 125 million dollar personal injury claim, the largest of its kind, in the State of New Jersey.
During law school, Bayan participated in her school’s Social Justice Clinic. During that time she was the student lawyer on various complex cases involving both international and federal law.
Bayan received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in both history and political science from Baruch College. During that time she enjoyed an internship at the United Nations.
