Tyrie Barott has over 30 years of experience in U.S. and international business law. Mr. Barrott focuses on helping businesses and business owners establish strong legal foundations for growth and success. Whether providing strategic guidance or handling day-to-day legal challenges, Mr. Barrott helps business owners focus on what they do best – running their businesses.

Mr. Barrott spent nearly 25 years of his career as in-house counsel for large multi-national corporations, where he gained valuable experience in navigating complex business legal issues. Today, he uses that experience to provide high-level legal services to businesses, including commercial agreements, business formation and organization, marketing and advertising law, trademarks, employment law, and product regulatory compliance.

In his free time, Mr. Barrott enjoys the great outdoors, including snow and water sports, working in his yard, traveling, and especially spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
