Peggy Woodard specializes in estate planning, and has a background in business law and family law. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Arizona Summit Law School, where she earned the prestigious Cali Award for Excellence as the highest scorer in her class in both Trial Practice and in Business Law. She is also a small business owner, and serves as an advisor for her clients in the creation and compliance of Limited Liability Companies and S-Corporations.
Peggy participates in programs such as Wills for Heroes where she assists First Responders with their estate planning, and as a speaker at Fresh Start Women’s Foundation assisting women with various legal issues.
When not at work, Peggy enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, quilting, and volunteering at Kitchen on the Street, a nonprofit organization providing meals for food-insecure school children.
